The history of the company Reikartz began in Ukraine in 2003, when a group of Belgian architects led by Francois Ryckaerts acquired an old mansion in the center of Lviv on the street of Drukarska. The partners noted that there are no 3-star and 4-star-rated hotels chains in Ukraine, and a bold project to create a Ukrainian chain of hotels under the Reikartz Hotels & Resorts brand appeared. François Reykarts attracted a group of investors to work in the project and joined the board of directors of Reikartz Hotel Management as the chief architect of the project.
Reikartz Hotel Management, under the umbrella brand Reikartz Hotel Group, combines 5 hotel brands: Reikartz Hotels & Resorts, Reikartz Collection Hotel, Optima Hotel, Vita Park, Raziotel.
